By using Coolhole ("the Service"), you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
1. Description of Service
Coolhole is a community platform for watching videos together, chatting, and playing games. The Service includes synchronized video playback, text chat, minigames (fishing, pinball, etc.), a virtual town, and an in-site point system.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old to use Coolhole. By using the Service, you represent that you meet this requirement.
3. User accounts
- You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account
- You are responsible for all activity under your account
- You may not share accounts or use multiple accounts to evade bans
- We may terminate accounts that violate these terms
4. User conduct
You agree not to:
- Harass, threaten, or abuse other users
- Post illegal content or content that violates others' rights
- Spam, flood, or disrupt the chat or service
- Attempt to exploit bugs or vulnerabilities
- Impersonate others or misrepresent your identity
- Use bots or automated tools without permission
- Circumvent bans or other moderation actions

5. Content
Users can queue videos from external platforms (YouTube, etc.) for synchronized playback. You are responsible for the content you share. We do not host video files; we display embedded players from the original platforms.
Chat messages and activity are logged and may be visible to other users and moderators. Do not share personal information you wish to keep private.
6. CoolPoints (CP)
CP are in-site points with no monetary value. They are earned through participation and cannot be purchased with real money, sold, or exchanged for anything of value outside the Service. We may adjust, reset, or remove CP at any time.
7. Purchases
Some cosmetic items (such as chat hats) may be available for purchase with real money through Stripe or PayPal. These purchases are non-refundable unless required by law. Purchases do not affect gameplay or CP balances.
8. Moderation
Moderators may warn, mute, kick, or ban users at their discretion. We are not obligated to provide explanations for moderation decisions, though we generally try to be fair.
9. Privacy
Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy.
10. Disclaimers
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uptime, availability, or that the Service will meet your expectations.
We are not responsible for content posted by users or content from external video platforms.
11. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
12. Changes to terms
We may update these terms. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
