Community Rules

Last updated: October 2026

Coolhole is a place to hang out, watch videos, and have fun. These rules exist to keep it that way. Breaking them may result in warnings, mutes, or bans.

The basics

Be decent to each other

Treat people the way you'd want to be treated. Disagreements happen; personal attacks, harassment, and targeted abuse are not acceptable.

No slurs or hate speech

Slurs targeting race, ethnicity, gender, sexuality, religion, or disability are not allowed, even "jokingly."

Keep it legal

Don't post, link, request, or share anything illegal. This includes pirated content, illegal substances, and content depicting minors inappropriately.

Chat behavior

No spam or flooding

Don't flood the chat with repeated messages, excessive emotes, or walls of text. Use it like a conversation, not a monologue.

Stay on topic-ish

Tangents are fine; completely derailing conversation or making it impossible for others to participate is not.

No unsolicited self-promotion

Don't drop links to your channel, Discord, or other projects without context or when nobody asked.

Video queue

Check the queue length

If the queue is long, be mindful before adding more. One or two videos at a time is usually reasonable.

No queue hogging

Don't fill the queue with hours of your own content. Give others a chance.

No shock content

Gore, extreme violence, and content designed purely to disturb will be removed and may result in an immediate ban.

Game features

In-game actions are part of the game

Arresting, robbing, attacking, and other in-game actions are features, not harassment. If someone arrests your character, that's the game working as intended.

Don't use exploits

If you find a bug that gives an unfair advantage, report it instead of abusing it.

Account rules

No ban evasion

Creating new accounts to get around a ban will result in longer bans on all accounts.

No impersonation

Don't pretend to be a moderator, another user, or a public figure in a misleading way.

Moderation

Moderators enforce these rules at their discretion. If you disagree with a decision, you can message a moderator privately — but arguing in public chat usually makes things worse.

Moderators are volunteers. They're doing their best. Be patient.

Remember: This is supposed to be fun. If you're not having fun, take a break. If someone else isn't having fun because of you, you're doing it wrong.
